VibSolutions ("we", "us", "our") provides a learning marketplace across web, iOS, and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Authentication data: sign-in method, Google account identifiers and profile image when you use Google sign-in, and passkey credentials if you enable them.
• Course activity: enrollments, lesson progress, ratings, reviews, wishlist items, certificates, and course access timestamps.
• Community content: posts, comments, and media you upload to community areas.
• Device and usage data: device identifiers used for access control, user agent, IP address, session data, and login history.
• Location and security signals: country derived from IP, VPN/proxy detection, and risk scores for fraud prevention.
• Payment data: purchase records, transaction identifiers, amounts, and status. We do not store full card details; payment processors handle those directly.
• Communications: emails sent for verification, password resets, and service updates, plus messages you send to support.

How we use information

• Provide access to courses, video streaming, and live sessions.
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions secure.
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce device access limits.
• Deliver certificates, progress tracking, and personalized learning.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the platform. Examples include:

• Payment processors such as Paymob or Stripe.
• Authentication providers such as Google.
• Video hosting and delivery (Google Drive for course media).
• Fraud detection and IP analysis services (IPQualityScore, GeoIP).
• Email delivery providers used to send transactional emails.
• Live session providers (for example, Zoom) when you register for a session.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users and the platform.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion by contacting us.

• Request account deletion or data access by emailing us.
• Choose not to connect third-party sign-in providers.

VibSolutions is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
